Dmr Re-launches Website Morgan Racing is continuing to set the standard in motorsport marketing with the announcement of the launch of their new website. The new website has many new and exciting features that will enable their fans to get even closer to the team. These features include blogs, up to date results, online store and pictures and video. ‘We are very excited about the new website’ said an elated Morgan, ‘We will continue to open up new doors for our fans and our sponsors’. Features such as Darren’s blogs which will occur at least once a fortnight will enable everyone to keep up with what is happening at DMR not only during events but also throughout the long breaks. They will feature comments on runs and events as well as the things that are happening at the shop. A new online store will also be launched over the next few weeks allowing people to purchase apparel online and have it posted to them. This will coincide with a new range of merchandise which will also be available at the Perth rounds of racing. ‘There is so much happening at the moment’ says an exhausted Morgan. ‘We have been working hard over the last month to get the car ready, work with our sponsors and develop this new website.’ Over the next few days the website will be put through its paces with a blog from the DMR truck as it travels across the Nullarbor to Perth. The DMR truck will be accompanied by the Phil Read, Martin Stamatis and Phil Lamattina racing transporters. It should provide an interesting insight into the operation of a Top Fuel Team as they travel over 3000km to Perth. The basic website is complete with previous year’s results and galleries as well as team information to be updated over the next month. ‘We plan to have the website complete and fully operational by Christmas’ says Morgan. ‘There are a few sections that are not ready today, but we are working on it.’ The launch occurs only a week before the next round of the ANDRA Top Fuel Championship which will be held at the Perth Motorplex on December 4 and 5. The DMR team are pumped and ready to race at one of their favourite race tracks. The team will be conducting testing on the Wednesday prior to the event to test a new fuel system setup.
